Activities in a nutshell
Clinical
Join the local team of pediatric rheumatologists at the Lausanne and/or Geneva University hospital to assist their Clinical cases discussions.

Budget, timeline and duration
STSM GRANTS
10/05/27 to 04/06/27 - Lausanne, Switzerland
Duration : 4 weeks
Mission : Analyse the data collected by CliPS over the last 4 years.
Financial support : 3000 EUR
Transfered once the mission has ended and the report has been finalized (see further details in the Final report section).
Final Report : After the STSM is finished, the grantee is required to submit a short scientific report of 2 pages.

The JIR-CliPS STSM 2027 programme is supported by the Fondation
Hans Wilsdorf and is organised independently of COST.
Applicants should be physicians working in paediatric rheumatology or a related specialty, with clinical experience, research experience and/or a strong interest in one or more of the following disease areas:

Lupus

Pediatric Vasculitis (IgA Vasculitis / Kawasaki Disease,...)

Autoinflammatory Diseases

PFAPA & SURF

Systemic JIA / Still’s Disease

Transversal projects in JIR (exposome / environment)
The specific research projects for 2027 are currently being developed. Applicants will therefore be asked to indicate the disease area(s) that best match their experience and interests.
The deadline for applications is 30 September 2026.
Applications will be assessed based on the applicant's profile, experience, motivation and potential contribution to the JIR-CliPS research programme.
Successful applicants will be informed by December 2026.
