The JIR Winter School is our recurring two-day hybrid course in pediatric rheumatology — a different clinical focus each year, open to attendance in person or online. Every edition combines state-of-the-art lectures, live clinical case discussions, and a look at complicated or unresolved cases, in the same collegial atmosphere whether you join on site or via Zoom®.

Fees & registration
The 2023–2026 editions of the JIR Winter School were supported by COST Action funding, which allowed free online and onsite participation. That funding cycle has now ended.
To keep offering the same quality — expert faculty, live case discussions, and full online access — registration fees now apply for both onsite and online attendance in 2027.
Three fee tiers keep the school accessible, including a reduced Supported rate.

Prices cover conference registration only.
Onsite tickets do not include accommodation — hotel rooms at Everness Hotel & Resort are booked and invoiced separately, with room rates and options confirmed within that form — see Step 2 below.
Note: Standard and Supporter rates are identical whether you attend online or onsite — the ticket price is purely for course access, since onsite lodging is billed separately anyway.
Only the Supported (reduced) rate is lower online (25 €) than onsite (100 €).
How to register — two separate steps
2. Onsite only: request your room
Complete the accommodation form with your arrival/departure dates, room and meal preferences. Room rates are shown within the form; we'll then send a separate invoice by email via Stripe.
Note: your seat at the course is only confirmed once your Step 1 ticket is registered — the hotel form is for accommodation logistics only, it does not register your course attendance.

A change from the Alpine venues of past editions — chosen this year for easy access from Geneva Airport.

Set between Geneva and Lausanne on the shore side of Lake Geneva, Everness offers comfortable rooms just minutes from the airport — convenient for international travel to and from the course.

By train : To Coppet station (~4 trains/hour from Geneva & Lausanne), then bus 813 or 814 to "Champs-Blancs."
