Istanbul 2026: Four Years of Collaboration, Celebrated

Our JIR-CLiPS Management Committee meeting in Istanbul marked the closing of four years of collaboration, innovation, and impact across the world, as part of COST Action CA21168*. 

Over the 2 days, each of our five Working Groups presented its achievements from the past four years : strong scientific output, several publications, and a genuinely collaborative dynamic across disciplines and countries. Beyond the science, everyone highlighted the unique value of the network itself: new collaborations, exchanges, quality education, mentorship, and friendships that will continue well beyond the Action.  We also looked ahead to how the network's collaborations will continue beyond the COST framework.

A huge thank you to Prof. Michael for his outstanding leadership throughout this project, and to our wonderful team of Turkish colleagues for making this meeting possible in Istanbul.

To everyone who joined — thank you for the discussions, the collaboration, and the memories.
